Leaves emerge in blushed tones of red and will warm your heart as they mature to green. Named after the Malay word for “tortoise” or the Indonesian word for “turtle” is a unique tropical plant known as ‘Kura Kura’ Labisia. This rare, eye catching specimen has elliptical-shaped, glossy leaves adorned with the patterns and textures of a turtle’s shell. Though an often slow grower, ‘Kura Kura’ will thrive in a warm, high-humidity environment, making it especially well-suited for life under glass.

Named after American physician-botanist, Dr. Jeff Block’s, lovely wife, is a show-stopping, nearly as lovely anthurium with a bold, modern edge. Say hello to DocBlock’s infamous Michelle®!  This award-winning anthurium features gorgeous, heart-shaped leaves that shimmer with velvety opulence, in colors ranging from burgundy-purple to intense, dark green. Leaves have striking venation, in shades of bright white and pink, adding dramatic contrast. Unlike the outers of each leaf, which feature rich, dark hues, the undersides lighten from lavender to pale green over time, adding additional contrast and dimension. Each leaf on Michelle® is a visual masterpiece, as elegant as its namesake!

Say hello to ‘Mathilde Splash’, a stunning hybrid hoya with no shortage of freckles and speckles! ‘Mathilde’ sends out dainty vines of ovate, succulent leaves of medium green that are heavily splashed with spots of silver. ‘Mathilde’ is known for its easy-going nature, growing quickly for beginners and seasoned plant parents alike. Given the right conditions, 'Mathilde' will reward you with clusters of fragrant, fuzzy white flowers. Be sure to leave the spent flower peduncles intact, as this variety of hoya is a rebloomer.

Mythic ‘Quicksilver’ will dazzle you with its silvery, gray-green leaves, reminiscent of moonlit skies. Their thick, rubbery texture is a tactile delight that will beckon you to reach out for a touch. Leaves have veins that radiate out from the midrib in a darker green hue, creating a mesmerizing contrast against that silvery backdrop. ‘Quicksilver’ will offer a touch of celestial magic to your collection.

Introducing one of the daintiest hoyas in our Endless Cascades® collection, ‘Chouke’. This hybrid is a cross between Hoya carnosa and Hoya serpens, and features small, succulent, almond-shaped leaves of dark green. Leaves have a slightly felted texture, making them soft & smooth to touch. Leaves may also exhibit occasional signs of “splashing” or diffuse silver speckles. Like other hoyas, ‘Chouke’ is a rebloomer. It forms cream-colored, fragrant flowers on both new and old peduncles.

Here’s a tropical alocasia capable of bringing a symphony of style into your space–Mythic ‘Jungle Music’ (Alocasia amazonica). This verdant virtuoso features arrowhead-shaped leaves of medium green, dancing atop zebra-striped petioles. Each leaf is like an airy note in the rhythm of the rainforest. This is a more compact version of the Alocasia zebrina that people have come to know and love, with smaller leaves and shorter stems.

Grab your sunnies! Beautifall® 'Golden Ray' ( Epipremnum ) flashes golden sunshine across glossy green leaves, with greater color contrast than your typical Hawaiian pothos. Its slightly elongated, heart-shaped leaves grow on vines you can train to climb or let spill over the edge of any container. Like other variegated pothos, its golden sunbursts are most vibrant with ample light, so give it medium to bright, indirect light, such as an east- or west-facing window. A ray of sunshine for any room, rain or shine.

Say hello to the luxurious ‘Frydek’ Alocasia–with arrowhead-shaped leaves of dark, velvety green and prominent, bright white veining. Here is an unusual tropical plant, sure to ‘Uplift’ your spirits! ‘Uplift’ is an understory plant, native to the forests of South America. Each oval-shaped leaf is like a work of art, with mottling or marbling, in every shade of green–almost as if painted by an impressionist. Given the right conditions, new leaves and stems may occasionally exhibit some pinkish-red undertones. ‘Uplift’ needs bright, indirect light, but avoid placing it in direct sun. It detests cold drafts and wet feet. With consistent water and well-draining soil, ‘Uplift’ will grow on like a living masterpiece.

BeautiFall ‘Summer Nights’ is the warmer counterpart to ‘Snowy Morning’, featuring spade-shaped leaves, marbled in hues of green & gold. Leaves grow on vines that can be trained to climb a moss pole or other structure, or allowed to spill over the edges of a hanging basket or any container. Like other Epipremnums, ‘Summer Nights’ is a low maintenance, no stress houseplant, capable of thriving in many different conditions. For the most beautiful display of golden variegation, place your ‘Summer Nights’ in as much bright light as possible.

Give yourself the green light to adopt one of these gorgeous tricolor hoyas into your houseplant collection. Green Light™ sends out vines of succulent, almond-shaped leaves. Medium-to-dark glossy green leaves are adorned with heavy cream-colored variegation. If the conditions are just right, your Green Light™ will develop pretty pink stems and highlights, making it a real traffic-stopper! If you can get your Green Light™ to bloom, its clusters of waxy pink flowers with red centers will catch the eye of passersby. When it’s done blooming, however, be careful not to cut away the spent flower spurs, as this variety of hoya reblooms on old spurs. Like other epiphytes, this hoya prefers bright, indirect light and to dry out in between waterings.

‘Tentacular’ is an enigmatic marvel among botanical enthusiasts, with its otherworldly tentacle-like foliage. It has sinuous burgundy-hued stems that give rise to wispy green foliage, swaying in an unseen current. Unlike a tentacled monster in the deep sea, this terrestrial being enjoys bright light and regular fertilizer. The happier you keep your ‘Tentacular’ Alocasia, the more tentacles it will grow.

Ahoy, plant enthusiasts, introducing Hoya ‘Adrift!’ This unusual hybrid hoya features trailing stems of elongated green leaves that are edged in maroon. ‘Adrift’ prefers medium to bright, indirect light. It can tolerate some morning or late afternoon sun exposure, especially if you would like it to blush some bronzey-red tones for you, however, be wary of placing it in full day sunlight, or it may get a sunburn. Like other hoyas, ‘Adrift’ prefers to dry out in between waterings. On the rare occasion that it blooms, it will send out umbels of red, waxy flower clusters. Avoid removing spent flower spurs, as ‘Adrift’ is capable of reblooming on old peduncles.

Reach for the stars with Bold Belles® 'Ginny Galaxy' (Begonia), a rare, collector-worthy cane begonia scattered with its own little cosmos. Wing-shaped leaves are held upright on slender, bamboo-like canes and splashed in green, pink, and cream — a swirl of color like a galaxy caught mid-spin. Give this celestial beauty a place of honor and watch her light up your collection.

Introducing ‘Double-Edged Sword”–a clumping, upright philodendron worthy of adding to your arsenal. It has dark green, lance-shaped leaves, with toothy, serrated edges. The leaves are puckered along the midrib on either side, giving them a wavy quality. In terms of adaptability, ‘Double-Edged Sword’ is a cut above most houseplants, tolerating a wide variety of light levels; it does, however, grow fastest in bright, indirect light. The occasional leaf shine will go a long way in keeping your ‘Double-Edged Sword’ looking its sharpest.

Here’s a BOO-tiful Ficus elastica for your houseplant collection–Chroma® Ghost Rider™. This rubber plant has glossy, ovate-shaped leaves, splattered in varying shades of green and ghostly, creamy white. Leaf petioles are red to orange, and grow from green stems. Like other rubber plants, Ghost Rider™ grows in an upright habit. Unlike its nocturnal namesake, however, this rare cultivar thrives in the light of day, and will reveal its ghostly allure and the spectral beauty of its variegation most prominently when given bright light.

Prismacolor ‘Orange you Gorgeous’ is a philodendron that will have you saying “Orange you Gorgeous!” This tropical houseplant is a living kaleidoscope of citrus-inspired colors, with elongated, spade-shaped leaves emerging a mottled bright orange color, then slowly fading to a marbled tapestry of gold & green. Leaf petioles, midribs, and margins have a warm, orangey glow, reminiscent of a sunrise over a tropical grove. Given the light it craves & structure, ‘Orange you Gorgeous’ will reach towards the sun, unfurling lush, large leaves as refreshing as a sip of fresh-squeezed orange juice on a summer day.

Maroon by nature: Endless Cascades® 'Red Maroon' ( Hoya sp. ) trails narrow, succulent leaves with a gentle wave to their edges, green down the center and rimmed in deep maroon. Turn up the light — bright and indirect, with a little gentle sun — and that maroon edging runs further across the leaf. Like the rest of the Endless Cascades® crew it likes to dry out well between waterings, so when in doubt, wait another day. Give it a shelf to spill from and it will drift several feet down, perfectly content in its maroon mood.

This adorably compact fern is a dwarf variety of the common boston fern, and it is truly ‘Cute as a Button!’ It has bright, light green coloration, and when crushed, its petite leaves give off the faint scent of lemon. Its small stature and easy-to-care for nature makes it the perfect addition for adding a pop of brightness to your kitchen, bathroom, office, or other northern exposure.

BeautiFall ‘Jade’ is your quintessential pothos, as carefree and easy-breezy as houseplants come! Briëlle™ carries a hint of shine in the name, and the DocBlock® line delivers it in velvet: a cleanly drawn, softly lustrous leaf that Dr. Jeff Block spent decades selecting for, and that turns up again and again in the DocBlock Premier™ crosses drawn from this line. This is the refined end of the collector Anthuriums, less theatrical than its dark-veined relatives and all the more composed for it. Give it gentle, indirect light set back from a bright window, keep the humidity up, and let the top of the soil dry between waterings. It arrives potted in a white ceramic cachepot.

Introducing ‘Sweet & Sour,’ an upright peperomia that is sure to be a delightful treat in any space! This baby rubber plant has glossy, spoon-shaped, fleshy leaves with creamy margins and marbled green centers. There is also a dash of pinkish-red highlighting, making ‘Sweet & Sour’ even more delectable! Over time, the upright stems of this peperomia may develop a trailing habit, ideal for spilling out of a container or hanging basket.

The Ficus benjaminas of yesterday are gone! Say hello to Cling-On ‘Anastasia’, a Ficus benjamina that has been bred to have leaves that resist dropping; they literally cling to this ficus. ‘Anastasia’ has slender, arching branches that carry shiny, variegated leaves of light and dark green. She can take on the form of a small tree, or grow as a multi-stemmed plant with a bushy habit. In order to keep your ‘Anastasia’ showing her most prominent variegation, she needs to be given plenty of bright light, such as can be found in a west- or south-facing window.

This iconic houseplant has become a staple in many homes, and for good reason. It is an easy grower, and the fenestrated leaves with their unusual holes and slits are truly eye-catching! Juvenile plant foliage will be solid, and fenestrations will appear over time as the plant gets bigger and grows. There are a lot of common names for this plant, including Swiss Cheese Plant, Swiss Cheese Vine, Mexican Breadfruit, Split-Leaf Philodendron, and more. Please note that while this is NOT a Philodendron, the genera Monstera and Philodendron are indeed related.

Named after Vang Vieng, Laos, where it was discovered growing epiphytically in the humid shade of limestone mountains, is another rare hoya–Hoya vangviengiensis. Try saying that name five times fast! ‘Vangviengiensis’ has thick, succulent leaves of solid, glossy green. Leaves are coated in a delicate layer of peach fuzz, making them smooth to touch. If given the proper conditions, ‘Vangviengiensis’ will send out fragrant, fuzzy flowers of pearlescent white. Like other hoyas, this hoya is a climber and should be given a hoop or some other trellis structure to twine around.

This stunning, unusual Philodendron is nothing short of GLORIOUS! It is not an upright or climbing philodendron–rather, it creeps horizontally via rhizomes. In nature, ‘Gloriosum’ is found creeping along the jungle floor. It features rich green, velvety-soft, heart-shaped leaves with contrasting white veins. Leaves have the potential to grow quite large over time, making ‘Gloriosum’ truly glorious!

Ignite your indoor jungle with Mysteria® ‘Burle Marx Flame’ (Monstera dilacerata)—a rare monstera with long, narrow leaves that look like flickering green flames. Each leaf unfurls with dramatic splits and a wavy silhouette, giving this climbing beauty an eye-catching look that will turn heads in any plant collection.

Art Deco™ Gothic™ is a tropical masterpiece, embodying all the bold lines and textures of gothic architecture. It has large, arrowhead-shaped leaves of dark green that come to a point, reminiscent in shape to the pointed arches of grand cathedrals. Leaves have an unusual corrugated texture and silvery-green markings down the center of each half, giving them even more dimension and the look of sculpted gothic symbols. Your Gothic™ Schismatoglottis walichiii can grow to be an impressive 2-3 feet tall and wide–a living sculpture worthy of any gallery.

Bold, untamed and impossible to ignore, Catamount® 'White Blizzard' ( Dieffenbachia ) storms in with dramatic swirls of white variegation across oversized, medium-green leaves. Strong stems support its upright, architectural form, giving it a commanding presence you won't want to leave out in the cold. This adaptable, easy-to-grow plant does best in medium to bright, indirect light with medium to high humidity, but it can handle lower light and everyday household humidity too. Just keep it out of harsh midday sun, and enjoy a forecast of nonstop style.

Meet Endless Cascades® 'Sarawak Cream' ( Hoya latifolia ), a hoya native to Borneo that trades the family's usual dainty foliage for something far grander. Its big, broad leaves are substantial and smooth, with the lustrous finish that gives wax plants their name, in medium green traced with fine, contrasting veins. Give it bright, indirect light — a little gentle morning sun is welcome, harsh afternoon glare is not — and let the mix dry slightly between waterings. Its vines will spill over the rim of the pot or twine up a small support, and either way 'Sarawak Cream' makes itself right at home.

Other hoyas splash silver; Endless Cascades® 'Blushing Sunset™' ( Hoya wibergiae ) prefers to blush. Tiny air pockets beneath the surface of its thick, oval leaves scatter the light into rosy, sunset-pink flecks, each leaf patterned a little differently. Choose it in a simple ceramic pot and let the vines trail, or on a Climb-itt™ tripod and train them upward. Keep it in bright, indirect light and let it dry out between waterings; if the pink fades, move it nearer a west- or south-facing window to help the color return at golden hour.

This horticultural heartthrob–PrismaColor ‘Orange Smooth’ ( Philodendron billietiae), also known as “Billie & Philidor”, is sure to earn a place in your heart and your plant collection! This philodendron has large, elongated, spear-shaped leaves of green. The waxy leaves have puckering or pleating along the midrib, which gives them a wavy quality, and smooth, audaciously orange petioles that provide a striking contrast and a fun pop of color. For the biggest, boldest display, give your ‘Orange Smooth’ vertical structure & room to reach for the stars!

Inspired by the bold, expressive style of famed artist Diego Rivera, is another Schismatoglottis in our Art Deco™ collection–meet ‘Rivera’. Each leaf on this rare and unusual tropical plant is like a living canvas. Each glossy, heart-shaped leaf showcases a dark emerald green base, splashed with random splotches of silvery-green variegation. Leaves are corrugated in texture, with small ridges and ripples, which add even more depth and dimension. Over time, ‘Rivera’ can grow up to 2 feet tall and wide, each new leaf becoming a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, worthy of Rivera’s vibrant legacy!

Feast your eyes on a tiny indulgence: Savory Delights® 'Orange Macaron' ( Peperomia )! Its rounded, dark olive green leaves are mottled in cream and orange, like caramelized sugar, while stems and leaf undersides are tinged a ruby-orange. As sweet and petite as any confection, it tops out at around 8 inches tall with finer foliage than traditional peperomias. Serve it medium to bright, indirect light for the most vivid color, rotate it now and then for even growth, and keep it out of direct sun. Zero calories, all delight.

Here’s an unusual variety of Hoya, grown for its uniquely patterned foliage. Hoya callistophylla ‘Shadow Falls’ sends out vines of light green, lanceolate leaves, patterned or “shadowed” with dark green veining in a pinnate pattern.  On the rare occasion it blooms, it sends out little clusters of pale, citrus-scented blooms with edges that blush over time. When your ‘Shadow Falls’ is done blooming, be careful not to cut away the spent flower spurs, as this variety of hoya reblooms on old spurs.

Step into the wild with ‘African Jungle’, a rex begonia with mounding, clumping leaves that capture all the vibrance of a sub-saharan rainforest. Each asymmetrical, deeply-serrated leaf is a riot of color, with plum-to-purple centers, shimmering splashes of silver & lavender, and rich green margins, edged in more purple. Red stems and under-veining also add another pop of color and dimension.
